Polypropylene Mesh Fiber

Made from modified polypropylene, this product is produced via extrusion, stretching, net‑forming, surface modification and chopping, presenting a net‑sheet shape. During concrete mixing, it is squeezed and torn into hooked‑end monofilaments that interlock multi‑directionally to strengthen fiber‑concrete bonding. Distributed three‑dimensionally to form a mesh support in concrete, it improves crack, impact, fatigue and abrasion resistance, enhances concrete toughness and deformability, and upgrades overall engineering quality.
